Serkan : Chief Sales Officer
As Talya Smart, our goal is to offer the most optimum solutions to customers' needs towards digitalization and to make them feel that they have a strong team with them on this journey. Basically, we will make custom products by correctly understanding the basic needs of the customers before sales. We will inform customers accurately during the sales process, ensuring that they have full knowledge of product details, and complete the process at the most accurate cost. We will provide fast solutions to new problems that may arise after sales. A sustainable software policy is our main goal.
While our software contributes to the efficiency and profitability of Companies and Businesses, the satisfaction they experience will return to us as growth. As someone who has been in the sales management of Turkey's largest energy companies such as Petrol Ofisi, Enerjisa and Aksa for 20 years, I believe that we will achieve great success in this new journey together with the Talya Smart team.
On this path that we started today as a small team, we will become a big family with all our sales stakeholders - distributors, dealer sales specialists and sales support specialists- in the coming years.
